Everything that makes your brand yours.
Your logo, your look and your words, built together as one system. It is the starting point for everything else we design.
Some of our work.

Three parts, built together.
Each part does its own job. Together they make a brand people know, trust and remember.

Questions people ask us.
What do you mean by “building a brand”?
We work out what your business should be known for, who it needs to attract and why people should choose it. Then we bring that to life through your name, messaging, visual identity and the way you present your products or services. The result gives your business a clear direction that carries through to your website, sales material and marketing.
What is Brand DNA?
Brand DNA is the foundation of your brand. It brings together what you sell, who you sell it to, what makes you different, what you stand for and how you look and sound. It gives everyone working on your business a shared direction to follow.
Is Brand DNA just a logo and a style guide?
It goes much further. A logo and style guide explain how your brand looks. Brand DNA also works through your positioning, audience, offering and messaging, so the design has a clear business purpose behind it.
What do I get at the end?
You receive your agreed Brand DNA presentation, brand guidelines and approved design assets. Depending on your package, that can include your logo and variations, colours, typography, supporting graphics, tagline, key messages, customer profile, offer structure and selected brand applications. Your proposal sets out the exact inclusions.
Will I understand how to use it?
Yes. We present the thinking behind the brand and show how it works in practical settings. You should understand why the direction suits your business, what it communicates and how to carry it into the things your customers see.
What makes your approach different?
We build the brand around how your business works and where you want it to go. That means looking at your customers, offers, positioning and sales journey alongside the creative work. NOIZE can then carry that same thinking into your website, print, marketing and sales tools.
Do I need strategy first?
Yes. We need to understand your business before we design its brand. That strategic work forms part of Brand DNA. If your business needs a broader plan for growth, new markets or operations, we may recommend a separate Infin8 strategy engagement.
What’s the difference between Brand DNA and Growth Strategy?
Brand DNA defines how your business is positioned, presented and understood. Growth Strategy looks more broadly at how the business can grow, including opportunities, priorities and the work needed to move forward. They inform each other, and we recommend the right starting point after understanding your situation.
Why do you ask about my products, prices and customers?
Those things shape the brand. A premium service, a low-cost product and a specialist business need to communicate different things. We need to understand what people are buying, what they value and what makes your offer worth choosing.
Can you help me explain what my business does?
Yes. That is a central part of the work. We help make your offering clear, organise the important information and explain the benefits in language your customers understand. People should quickly know what you do and why it matters to them.
Can you help us work out what makes us different?
Yes. We look for differences your customers actually care about. That might be your expertise, process, product, service model or the experience you provide. The aim is to give people a meaningful reason to choose your business.
What if we’re trying to appeal to everyone?
We help identify the customers who matter most to your business and what they need to hear. You can serve more than one audience, but the brand still needs a clear focus. Trying to say everything to everyone usually makes the message harder to understand.
Can branding help us attract better clients?
It can help your business appeal to the people you want to work with. Your messaging, presentation and offers all influence who enquires and what they expect. We build those around the customers you want to attract, then carry that direction into the rollout.
Can you help us move into a more premium market?
Yes. We look at what needs to change for that positioning to make sense, including your offer, messaging, identity and customer experience. A premium brand needs to be supported by what the business actually delivers.
Can you refresh my brand instead of starting again?
Yes. We look at what is already working, what your customers recognise and what is holding the business back. Sometimes the right move is to improve the messaging and visual system while keeping the name or logo. Other times, a bigger change is needed.
How do I know whether I need a refresh or a full rebrand?
We start by understanding the problem. If the business direction is sound but the presentation feels dated or inconsistent, a refresh may be enough. If your audience, offering or positioning has changed significantly, a fuller rebrand may make more sense.
Can we keep our existing name or logo?
Yes, where it supports the direction of the business. We assess it as part of the wider brand. You may be able to keep familiar elements while improving the messaging, colours, typography and supporting design around them.
We’ve outgrown our current brand. Can you help?
Yes. Businesses often grow beyond the identity they started with. We help bring the brand into line with the business you have become and the customers you want next, while considering the recognition you have already built.
Can you build a brand for a business that hasn’t launched yet?
Yes. We work with founders before launch to clarify the idea, offering, audience and positioning. Building those foundations early gives the name, identity, website and launch material a shared direction.
What if we don’t have everything figured out yet?
You don’t need to arrive with every answer. Part of the process is asking the right questions and identifying gaps. We do need your knowledge of the business and your willingness to make decisions as the direction develops.
Can you help with several brands, products or departments?
Yes. We work through how they should relate to each other. That can mean one main brand with clearly organised services, connected sub-brands or separate identities. The aim is to make the structure easy for customers to understand and practical for your business to manage.
Can you help us choose a business name?
Yes. Naming can form part of the agreed scope. We develop names around your positioning, audience and future direction, then consider how they sound, read and work in everyday use.
Do you check whether a name is available?
As part of naming work, we consider relevant domain, business and company-name availability, along with potential trademark issues. Those checks help inform the decision. Formal trademark advice and registration are separate work that can be coordinated through our legal partners.
Do you write our tagline and brand messaging?
Yes, within the agreed scope. That can include your tagline, core brand statement, key benefits, brand story and the language used to explain your offering. We build the words and visual identity together so they communicate the same idea.
Can you make a complicated business easy to understand?
Yes. We work through what customers need to know first, what needs explaining and what can sit further down the page or sales conversation. The aim is to make the business clear without losing the substance that makes it valuable.
Will our brand look like everyone else in our industry?
We consider what customers expect from your industry and where there is room to stand apart. The design needs to feel credible for your business while giving people something distinctive to recognise and remember.
Can we show you brands we like?
Absolutely. Examples help us understand your taste and what you respond to. It is especially useful to explain what you like about them: the simplicity, typography, imagery, tone or overall feeling, so we can use that insight to develop your own direction.
Do you show how the brand will look in the real world?
Yes. We present the brand through relevant applications so you can see how the system comes together. Depending on the business and scope, that might include website concepts, stationery, packaging, signage, uniforms or advertising.
Are those mockups finished items ready to launch?
Mockups show the intended direction and how the brand could be applied. Building a live website, preparing every item for production, printing materials or producing a campaign is part of the separately scoped rollout. We make that distinction clear in the proposal.
What happens first?
We start with a conversation about your business, what you want to achieve and what is getting in the way. From there, we recommend the appropriate starting point and set out the scope, investment and next steps.
What happens during onboarding?
We get into the business: your offering, customers, goals, competitors, existing brand and future plans. We also discuss practical requirements and constraints. That gives our strategy and creative teams the information needed to build a useful direction.
What do you need from us?
We need access to the people who understand the business and can make decisions. Existing brand files, sales material, customer insights and examples of work you like are useful too. Clear information and consolidated feedback help the project move smoothly.
Who should be involved from our side?
The people responsible for the business direction and final approval should be involved early. Bringing the right decision-makers into onboarding helps avoid a situation where someone introduces a completely different brief at the presentation stage.
How do you develop the brand?
We turn the discovery and strategic direction into messaging and creative work. Our team develops and refines the brand internally, then presents how the thinking, words and design fit together. After feedback and approval, we prepare the agreed deliverables and discuss the rollout.
How do you present the work?
We walk you through the brand and explain the decisions behind it. You see the positioning, messaging, visual identity and relevant applications together, so you can assess how the whole brand works.
What if we don’t like the first presentation?
We talk through the feedback and identify what needs to change. Understanding the reason matters: the concern might be about the business direction, the message or a particular design choice. We then refine the work through the revision rounds included in your proposal.
How many concepts and revisions do we get?
Your proposal sets out the approach and included revision rounds. We develop the work around the agreed brief and business direction. If feedback introduces a new direction or additional deliverables, we discuss the scope before proceeding.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the package, complexity and availability of the people involved. Your proposal sets out the expected schedule. Feedback, approvals and access to information all affect how quickly the work can move.
Can you work towards a launch date?
Yes. Tell us the date early so we can plan backwards from it. We need to allow for brand development and any website, printing, signage, packaging or campaign work required for launch. We confirm what is achievable when setting the scope.
How much does a brand cost?
The investment depends on the level of strategy, creative development and applications your business needs. We explain the appropriate package and scope before you commit. Rollout costs are based on the actual requirements identified through onboarding and strategy.
Why don’t you quote the entire rollout before the strategy?
The strategy can reveal needs and opportunities that were not obvious at the start. Once we understand the business and establish the brand direction, we can recommend the right work and price it against real requirements.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer payment plans for eligible infrastructure and rollout work after the brand process. Many clients pay 20% upfront and spread the remainder over six to twelve months. The terms available for your project are set out in your proposal.
Is a website included in Brand DNA?
A live website is included only when it is expressly part of your proposal. Brand DNA establishes the direction that informs the website. Website planning, copywriting, design and development are scoped according to what the business needs.
Can you build our website and marketing materials afterwards?
Yes. NOIZE can carry the approved brand into your website, brochures, packaging, signage, uniforms, campaigns and other business materials. The strategy and brand work give those items a consistent foundation.
What happens after we approve the brand?
We finalise the agreed assets and present the recommended rollout. That sets out what needs to be created or updated, the priorities and the investment. Once the rollout is approved, the relevant teams move into delivery.
Do we have to roll everything out at once?
The rollout can be planned around your priorities, budget and practical needs. We work through what needs to happen together and what can follow later, so the brand reaches customers in a sensible order.
Can our existing team or suppliers use the new brand?
Yes. The guidelines and supplied assets give them a direction to work from. If they need additional templates, artwork or production files, we can identify and scope those requirements as part of the handover or rollout.
Will we receive files for print and digital use?
We supply the agreed brand assets in formats suited to their intended use. Your proposal defines the handover. Specific production artwork, editable templates and third-party assets such as fonts or photography depend on the scope and relevant licences.
Who owns the finished brand?
Ownership, usage rights and any third-party licences are set out in your project agreement. We make the handover requirements clear so you understand what you receive and how the approved work can be used.
Can you keep helping after launch?
Yes. We can continue supporting the business through creative, websites, print, marketing, sales tools and further strategy work. That lets the brand develop as your business grows.
Will a new brand automatically bring in more sales?
A stronger brand helps people understand your business, see its value and feel confident choosing it. Sales also depend on your offering, visibility, sales process and customer experience. That is why we connect the brand work to the rollout and broader business goals.
